Nancy Parsons

President

Nancy Parsons is an expert in leadership development, talent management, human resources, and assessments.  She is the CEO/President of CDR Assessment Group, Inc. (CDR) that she co-founded with Kimberly (Brinkmeyer) Leveridge, Ph.D. In 1998, together they developed the break-through CDR 3-Dimensional Assessment Suite® an ideal coaching tool which has been translated to five languages for global clients. The CDR 3-D Suite measures: leadership character traits, inherent risk factors for derailment, and drivers and rewards.

Nancy provides executive coaching for the C-Suite and leaders across all sectors, facilitates strategic executive team development, and instructs “Authentic Leadership” workshops. She designed and continues to instruct the CDR Executive Coaches’ Certification Workshops for internal and external consultants. Nancy has authored more than 30 articles and is currently working on a book titled “Finding Your Leadership Sweet Spot.” She has presented at international, national and regional industry conferences.

Previous to forming CDR, Nancy served as Corporate HR Director for Sun Pipe Line Company. She served also served in HR roles at Cordero Mining Company in Wyoming and Sun Ship, Inc. formerly in Chester, PA. She also served at Williams Energy in Tulsa as a Sr. OD Consultant prior to forming CDR. In 2013, Nancy became a member of The Alexcel Group which is an elite international alliance of executive coaches and leadership development experts and serves on select projects with CoachSource.

Nancy is married to William C. Parsons, MD, who serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Phillips 66 and they have four grown children who all have launched successful careers. Three are married and they have one granddaughter born in 2014. For fun, Nancy enjoys her three spoiled rotten dogs (two King Charles Cavaliers and an American Water Spaniel), painting and mixed media creations, Jazzercise, entertaining friends and family, water volleyball, cooking, and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles (meanwhile, her husband is a Dallas Cowboy fan.)

Ed White, Ed.D., has joined CDR Assessment Group, Inc. as the Vice President, Global Talent Development and brings over 30 years of industry experience. Ed will lead CDR’s corporate university, educational and leadership programs. Formed in 1998 as a women-owned entity, CDR provides distinctive assessments and consulting services for talent management and leadership development for global clients. “This is an exciting time to be joining CDR because of the new product development that is underway,” Ed noted.”I have been involved in the early design stages of some compelling new learning tools and services. We will dramatically change the course of how leaders are developed and deployed in organizations.”What differentiates CDR,” Ed said, “is that we accelerate positive, sustainable results by analyzing leaders’ specific needs and traits up front. CDR does not offer any generic programs or waste leaders’ time. In fact, clients report shaving up to two years off of their leadership development cycle time.”

During Ed White’s private sector career with ConocoPhillips, he worked in all facets of leadership and talent development. Ed also served as Director of Training and Director at Phillips Petroleum in Bartlesville. Under Ed’s leadership, his team was awarded an American Society of Training & Development state award for the most innovative solution to leadership development. They received this notable award with only 12 people in the department servicing 30,000 employees worldwide. Distance learning, computer based training, leadership continuums and language laboratories were some of their leading-edge services. Since leaving ConocoPhillips in 2009, Ed has provided leadership development, executive coaching and consulting services for global organizations with emphasis in the energy and financial sectors.

Ed has personally instructed and facilitated programs for thousands of leaders in the U.S., Canada, Venezuela, England, Scotland, Norway, Australia, Indonesia, and China. Ed has received certification as an HR Professional from the Society of Human Resource Management, an executive coach with CDR, and instructor with Baker Communications, Inc. He has been an adjunct professor at Oklahoma State University and ITT Technical Institute. Additionally, he served for several years on the Advisory Board for the OSU/OU Executive Education Partnership Program. Ed’s academic credentials, including a master’s degree in statistics, an MBA, and a doctorate in educational psychology from Oklahoma State University, provide him a unique perspective on understanding how managers learn and development in the workplace.

Kimberly Leveridge

With a resume that ranges from operations to consulting to academia, Kimberly intuitively identifies what needs to be done and finds effective ways to do it. She relishes opportunities to execute on corporate strategy through people and project management, drive metrics, simplify complexity and translate a vision for diverse audiences.  In 1998, Kimberly co-founded CDR Assessment Group, Inc. and joined forces to develop the CDR 3-D Suite of assessment tools measuring leadership:  character, risk factors and drivers and reward needs.  Today, she serves as CDR’s Scientific Advisor and as part of CDR’s executive coaching affiates.

Kim is an exceptional authority on organizational leadership and effectiveness and has in-depth expertise that includes: strategic execution, management of work teams, executive/professional coaching, development of assessment tools, research and analysis, design and delivery of workshops and programs, mentoring and training staff, and client relations.

Yielding a rare perspective on leadership effectiveness and individual differences in organizations, Dr. Leveridge’s career includes operations management of consulting and hospitality companies, business development and human resources experience, and a comprehensive education and research background. Kim has extraordinary leadership skills and a reputation for building trust, getting things done, and using measurement to drive decision-making. In addition to CDR Assessment Group, Inc., her career biography includes leadership and consultant roles at NORDAM, Williams Companies, and Hogan Assessment Systems.

In addition to providing her consulting expertise across nearly all industry sectors, Kim has an extensive CV of scholarly articles and research presentations at industry conferences. She received her B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma and her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
